Abstract

The y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by the increase of

most of the indexes of expenditure groups, namely: food, beverages,

and tobacco group by 1.65 percent; clothing and footwear group by 0.54

percent; housing, water, electricity, and household fuel group by

2.12 percent; health group at 2.10 percent; transportation group

group by 1.38 percent; information, communication, and financial services group by

0.17 percent; recreation, sports, and culture group by 0.53 percent;

education group by 2.46 percent; food and beverage/restaurant supply group by 1.98 percent; and personal care and other services by 2.84 percent. While groups that experienced a decrease index, namely: the group of supplies, equipment and routine household maintenance household by 0.78 percent
